Billing and payment policy

• Signed contract (or statement of intent) and 50% deposit may be required for website content and/or design work.
• Payment is due on receipt of invoice and no later than 30 days after completion of all writing or editing work.
• Late payment fees are applied at a rate of 10% per month to all invoices more than 30 days past due.
• Projects billed over $100 may require a deposit and/or a signed contract before work begins.
